3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs on your Account, including any wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals processed. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bull888 Customer Support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 bull888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to adequately protect their credentials or has delayed notification of a security breach.
4.1 All financial transactions on bull888 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform at any given time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Deposits are processed in real time for supported eWallet and FPX methods. Bull888 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Standard processing time for verified accounts is within one business day. bull888 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 bull888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity, or outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonuses.
4.5 Unused account balances that have remained dormant for a continuous period in excess of 12 months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee, as outlined in the Platform's current fee schedule. Members will be notified via registered email prior to any such deduction.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bull888 reserves the right to void the affected game round or wager and refund the staked amount to the Member's wallet. bull888 is not liable for losses arising from such technical events.
6.3 All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-verified dealer play, depending on the game type. Results are final once a game round has completed, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bull888 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on bull888.co — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software interfaces, text, and design elements — is the proprietary property of bull888 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without express written consent.
8.2 Game content provided by third-party studios (including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to bull888 for display on the Platform.
9.1 bull888 provides its Gaming Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, bull888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and accepts no liability for downtime, service interruptions, or data loss.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bull888's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
9.3 bull888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including losses arising from reliance on information published on bull888.co.
10.1 bull888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members have access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms from within their Account settings. These tools are free to use and take effect immediately upon request.
10.2 bull888 reserves the right to impose account restrictions where it identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, including placing mandatory breaks or self-exclusion where Member welfare requires it.

11.2 Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach by the Member, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited at bull888's discretion. Where termination occurs at bull888's initiative without Member fault, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method.
11.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of bull888 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
